Payment Policy
Please note that all charters must be paid in full prior to departure. Once we have confirmed availability for your chosen date and itinerary, we will send you a secure payment link and further details. Your booking is only guaranteed once payment has been received. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure are non‑refundable. Should you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
