How many guests can join a charter?
Our Princess V52 comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, in addition to a professional crew of 2–3
What should we wear/bring?
Dress comfortably and according to the weather. Layers are ideal, even in summer. We provide life jackets on board. Don’t forget sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera.
Can we customise the itinerary?
Absolutely. All charters are private and can be tailored to your interests. Whether you want to focus on photography, hiking, fine dining or a special celebration, we will work with you to plan a perfect day on the fjord.
Are children allowed on board?
Children are very welcome. We have life jackets in various sizes, and our crew ensures everyone stays safe. For very young children, please discuss your needs with us in advance.
Can we bring pets on board?
For safety and comfort reasons we generally do not allow pets on our charters. However, if you have specific needs, please contact us to discuss possibilities.
What is included in the price?
The charter price covers exclusive use of the yacht, captain and crew, fuel, basic refreshments (coffee, tea, water) and standard amenities on board. On‑board catering and special requests are available at an additional cost.
When do we need to pay?
Full payment is required in advance. Once your booking request is confirmed, we will send a secure payment link. Your reservation is only guaranteed after payment has been received.
Do you operate in all weather conditions?
Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and will inform you if a change in itinerary or rescheduling is necessary. The enclosed saloon and sunroof mean we can operate comfortably in most weather.
Do you provide transportation to the marina?
Our charters depart from central Stavanger. Transportation to and from the marina is not included, but we can assist with arrangements through local transport providers if needed.
What languages does the crew speak?
Our crew members speak Norwegian and English. If you require another language, please mention it in your booking request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. However, we recommend trying our on‑board dining options prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Alcohol consumption is permitted but must comply with Norwegian maritime regulations.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the charter are non‑refundable. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule; we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can we combine a yacht cruise with a RIB tour?
Yes, we offer combination packages upon request. Let us know when booking if you’d like to add a high‑speed RIB excursion to your charter.
Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences when booking, and we will tailor the menu accordingly.
Is there a toilet on board?
Yes, the yacht is equipped with modern bathrooms for your convenience.
